CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, practitioners and all those using our facilities has always been our highest priority and we have been working hard throughout this time to protect all those who use our facilities.

Our facilities will open in November 2020 with strict protocols in place to ensure everyone is protected.

As the Government and Public Health England have made clear, Coronavirus is a particularly contagious disease that presents a very real risk of contamination and so we continue to take every precautionary measure to protect the health and safety of everyone attending our premises.

HOW WE DEAL WITH CORONAVIRUS

As soon as health authorities alerted us to the risk of Coronavirus we ensured we were well stocked in terms of essential hygiene products such as alcohol based hand sanitiser and appropriate hand soap and Protective Personal Equipment.

As a result, all of our facilities are adequately supplied and we encourage everyone to use these products and observe good hand hygiene at all times.

All those entering our building are asked to wear a face covering and to keep this on whilst in our facility.

Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the buildings, as you enter the building and you can wash your hands in the WCs on the ground floor.

We only allow those with an appointment to enter the building and only one person per appointment unless you have special circumstances and a prior agreement or, you are a minor being accompanied by an adult. This is to ensure adequate physical distancing can be maintained within the buildings.

“GOOD HAND HYGIENE AND SAFE DISTANCING MEASURES
ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT WEAPONS IN OUR FIGHT AGAINST THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS”.

If you are attending an appointment, your Practitioner will issue you with a leaflet informing you of the measures you must take prior to arriving at our facility.

VISITING OUR FACILITIES

If you have any of the symptoms associated with CORONAVIRUS please DO NOT attend your appointment.

What happens in a consultation?

You can book a 1-2-1 consultation with one of our medical specialists at any of our clinics. During this consultation you will be holistically evaluated to determine the underlying cause of weight gain.  This will include physical examination, body composition analysis and investigation into your medical background, social life, childhood and previous weight loss attempts.

Following this our team will be able to design a bespoke weight loss plan to suit your needs. The plan is usually for 12-weeks with an optional maintenance period at the end. However, we can extend the plan if required. Commitment from both sides will not only ensure long-term weight loss success, but you can improve serious weight-related medical conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, arthritis, hypertension etc.
