Daily Calorie Required

To calculate your daily calorie requirement you need to estimate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Physical Activity Level (PAL). Please see below to calculate your BMR and PAL:

BMR helps you to calculate your calorie requirements. Your calorie requirement will depend on your BMR and level of physical activity. If you have a sedentary job your activity factor is 1.2. If your calculated BMR is 1500, your total calorie requirement for the day will be:

Daily calorie requirement= BMR X PAL

1500 X 1.2= 1800 Calories
